Φέτος, το ιστορικό πρόγραμμα GOOD
DESIGN®, το πιο δημοφιλές βραβείο για την παγκόσμια βιομηχανία του 21ου
αιώνα, τιμά τα πιο πρόσφατα, πιο προηγμένα προϊόντα και σχέδια για καινοτομία
και αισθητική από εταιρείες FORTUNE 500, κατασκευαστές, εταιρείες start-up και τους πιο γνωστούς σχεδιαστές και αρχιτέκτονες σε όλον τον κόσμο.
Ένας ακόμη χρόνος μοναδικών έργων GOOD DESIGN® γιορτάζεται με μία
αφιερωματική έκθεση με τίτλο The Annual Good Design® Show που ξεκινά την Παρασκευή 3 Ιουνίου στο THE EUROPEAN CENTRE, Μητροπόλεως 74, Αθήνα. Παρουσιάζονται βραβευμένα προϊόντα
και γραφικά από το GOOD DESIGN® 2021-2022.
Το σήμα του GOOD DESIGN® θεωρείται διεθνώς ως το σήμα αριστείας
σχεδιασμού, αναγνωρίζοντας τις πιο εξαιρετικές και ριζοσπαστικές
δημιουργίες στον κόσμο του σχεδιασμού. Από το 1950, περισσότερες από 40.000
δημιουργίες έχουν απονεμηθεί με το βραβείο για την καινοτομία τους.
Για πάνω από επτά δεκαετίες
από την έναρξή του, το The Chicago Athenaeum συνεχίζει την
οργάνωση του προγράμματος με σκοπό την ευαισθητοποίηση σχετικά με τον σύγχρονο
σχεδιασμό.
To Annual Good Design® Show , διεξάγεται υπό την αιγίδα του The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture
and Design και του The
European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies και παρουσιάζει τους κορυφαίους σχεδιαστές και
κατασκευαστές της Ευρώπης υπογραμμίζοντας τα πιο καινοτόμα σχέδια σε ποικίλους
τομείς, από την τεχνολογία και τα έπιπλα έως τον ιατρικό εξοπλισμό, γραφικά και
αυτοκίνητα.

Now in its 71st year, GOOD DESIGN®
is the world’s most prestigious, recognized, and oldest Design Awards program
organized annually by The Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design
in cooperation with the European Centre for Architecture, Art, Design and Urban
Studies and Metropolitan Arts Press, Ltd.
GOOD DESIGN® celebrates
another year of astonishing designs with an exhibitionentitled at The
European Centre, 74 Mitropoleos str., Athens, Greece, featuring winning
products and graphics from GOOD DESIGN® 2021-2022 awards program.
The GOOD
DESIGN® trademark is internationally regarded as the mark
of excellence, recognizing the most outstanding and renovating creations in the
design world. Since 1950, more than 40,000 creations have been presented with
the award for innovation, sustainability, creativity, branding, ecologically
responsible design, materials, technology, graphic arts, packaging, and
universal design. For over seven decades since its inception, The Chicago Athenaeum continues the organizing of
the program to create a revived awareness about contemporary design.
From sky
drones and new autonomous cars to everyday objects, entries for design and
innovation, sustainability, creativity, branding, ecologically responsible
design, human factors, materials, technology, graphic arts, packaging, Annual Good Design® Show features a selection of projects that stand out for
their iconic design.
For 2021,
over 1,100 new products and graphic designs were selected and awarded from over
49 countries for new electronics, transportation, medical equipment, protective
equipment, energy systems, robotics and bionics, building products/materials,
furniture, textiles, industrial, environments, hardware, bath and accessories,
kitchen/appliances, floor and wallcovering, tabletop, household products,
personal, office products, transportation, children’s products, sports and
recreation, lighting, tools, and graphics, branding, and packaging from Europe,
Asia, Australia, and the Americas.
